*****Christian Coleman(USA)- You are know watching the THRONE!! Coleman won the Men’s USA 60 meter dash National Championship in convincing fashion, breaking the World Record with a time on 6.34. He breezed through the rounds with ease leaving every fan in the building waiting to see what will happen in the final. Even at the end on the race we still think he had more in the tank, and his start wasn’t the best. The question know is….How fast can he go?
*****Sally Pearson(Australia)- She won her 16th Australian National title over the weekend. The legend will look to add more hardware to the trophy case at the Commonwealth games.
*****Michael Cherry(USA)- Michael Cherry won his first Indoor National Championship in his first professional Indoor season. Cherry, ran the world’s 8th fastest time in the 400 meter dash this season with a time of 45.53.
*****Anthony Schwartz(USA)- He moved back to the #1 spot on our Boys Power 25 with a great race this past weekend. Schwartz, sprinted his way to a 10.33 win in the 100 meter dash. That time will definitely lower this Outdoor season.
*****Vashti Cunningham(USA)- She won her third straight USA National title in the Women’s High Jump. Her jump of 1.97 ranks her #3 in the World.
*****Javianne Oliver(USA)- Lost in the hoopla surrounding other events at the USA Indoor National Championships is the emergence on Javianne Oliver. She won the Women’s 60 meter dash with a World leading time on 7.02. She asserted herself as one of the favorites in Birmingham.
*****Courtney Okolo(USA)- We thought she was down and out midway through this race, but she proved us wrong. Okolo, stormed back into the Women’s 400 meter dash not only to win, but run the fastest time in the World this season of 51.16. A World title could be in the future for her.
*****Paul Chelimo(USA)- He won National titles in the Men’s 1500m & 3000m races over the weekend.
*****Shelby Houlihan(USA)- In a very impressive race weekend she won both the Women’s 1500m & 3000m National titles at the USA Indoor Championships.
*****Sharika Nelvis(USA)-In a race with the top 3 hurdlers in the World, Sharika Nelvis ran her best race of the season thus far. She hurdled her way to a new American Record on the Women’s 60 meter hurdles with a time of 7.70.
*****Calabar High School 4×400 relay– These four young men ran a New High School World record in the 4×400 relay with a time of 3:05.04, and we don’t think they are done yet. They could go faster.

*****USC Men’s 4×4 Relay- Rai Benjamin, Zach Shinnick, Ricky Morgan, and Michael Norman broke the NCAA record in the men’s 4×400 relay with a time of 3:01.98. The world leading time ranks as the 2nd fastest 4×400 relay of all time. The World record could be broken before the season is over. Fight on!!!
*****Georganne Moline (USA)- She regained the World lead in the Women’s 400 meter dash with a personal record 51.39. The time was also a facility , and meet record.
*****Edward Cheserek- The King is back!!!! Last Friday he re-affirmed himself as one of the best in the sport. He ran a race winning 3:49.44 in the Men’s mile that was great enough to be the 2nd fastest mile of all time. The very next day he won the New balance Indoor Grand Prix 3000m with a personal best 7:38.74 that is # in the world.
*****Nina Schultz (Kansas State)- The Sophomore compiled a NCAA best this season of 4,502 points in the pentathlon. That mark ranks as the 7th best in NCAA history.
*****Michael Norman(USC)- His winning time of 45.00 in the Men’s 400 meter dash was a USC School record, and ranks #5 all-time in the NCAA.
*****Vernon Turner(Oklahoma)- His High Jump mark of 7’7.75 ranks him #4 in the World, and #4 All-time in the NCAA.
*****Jenna Westaway(Canada)- She won first place in the Women’s 800 meters at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix. Her winning time of 2:01.22 ranks #4 in the World.
*****Grant Holloway(Florida)- The more he races the more he seems to impress, the truth is that he may be the best hurdler in the world, and he made a great case for it this past weekend. Halloway, broke the collegiate record in the 60 meter hurldes with a time of 7.42 that time is also the fastest in the World this Indoor season. The most impressive part of this feat is that he broke the record against the record holder, Olympic & World Champion Omar Mcleod.
*****Kendra Harrison(USA)- In only her second meet of the season she ran a World lead 7.72 in the Women’s 60 meter hurldes to share the American Record with Lolo Jones.
*****Akeem Bloomfield(Auburn)- His time of 45.02 in the 400 meter dash was a Jamaican National Indoor record, Auburn Indoor record, and ranks #8 in the world.
*****Jarret Eaton(USA)- He ran the #1 time in the World in the 60 meter hurdles at the Meeting National Des Sacres with a time of 7.47.
*****Reubin Walters(Alabama)- The winning streak continues for the Crimson Tide Senior. He won his 4th straight 60 meter Hurdles on the Indoor Season on Saturday at the New Mexico Classic with a time of 7.64
*****Divine Oduduru(Texas Tech)- He has taken the world by storm this Indoor season. This past weekend he ran 20.18 in the 200 meter dash to win the Texas Tech open. That time was the #3 on the NCAA all-time list, #1 in the NCAA this season, and #1 in the World this season.
*****Ajee Wilson, Raevyn Rogers, Charlene Lipsey, Chrishuna Williams(USA)- Congrats to these women for breaking the World Record in the 4×800 relay with a time of 8:05.89.
*****Michael Cherry(Nike)- In his first professional 400 meter Indoor race at the New York Millrose Games he won the race with a time of 46.46.
*****Ronnie Baker(Nike)- Don’t forget this man people!! His winning time of 6.48 at the New York Millrose games ranks #3 in the World this Indoor Season.
*****Sharika Nelvis(Adidas)- She set a Personal Best and ran the #1 time in the World in the process. He time of 7.80 won the World Indoor Tour meeting in Karlsruhe, Germany.
*****Sydney McLaughlin(Kentucky)- She ran a World leading time of 51.44 in the women’s 400 meters Saturday at the Rod Mccravy Meet.
*****Shaunae Miller-Uibo(Bahamas)- Add a Indoor World Record to her resume’. She tied All- Time great Irina Privalova (Russia) to claim the World Record in the Women’s 300 meters with a time of 35.45.
*****Chris O’Hare(Great Britain)- Congrats to Chris on winning the New York Millrose Games Wanamaker Mile with a World leading time of 3:54.14.
*****Bralon Taplin (Grenada)- He ran the World Leading 400 meter dash time of Saturday with a time of 44.88 at the. That time tops his already world leading time he set earlier this season of 45.48. His time of 44.88 is also the 5th fastest 400 meter dash all-time for Indoors.
*****Mikiah Brisco(LSU)- She ran the #2 All-Time 60 meter dash in the NCAA. Her time of 7.08 ranks #2 in the World this Indoor Season.
